Make your reservation online at www.commodorehotel.nz, call toll-free (within New Zealand) 0508 COMMODORE (266 663) or (within Australia) 1800 628357, or email reservations@commodorehotel.co.nz. Quote your Airpoints™ number at the time of booking and present your Airpoints membership card at check-in.
Some stays are not eligible to earn Airpoints please check with the Commodore Hotel at the time of booking. Airpoints are earned on accommodation only.
Please allow up to 60 days for your Airpoints to appear in your account. Retain your original receipt or invoice in order to claim any missing Airpoints. Claims may be made through your Air New Zealand online account by logging into your account and selecting the My Bookings tab, then the Claim missing Airpoints button. You must claim missing Airpoints within six months of your stay.
